A little about who I am

I am an implementation and client solutions professional with over 7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS. I specialize in onboarding, technical integration, quality assurance, and cross-functional project delivery — with a consistent track record of keeping complex launches on time and on scope.

I've worked across multiple departments — client support, QA engineering, and solutions engineering — which gives me a rare, holistic view of the full product and client lifecycle. I'm equally comfortable in a stakeholder meeting, a QA test suite, or a technical integration session.

I'm passionate about building processes that create exceptional client experiences and drive long-term adoption. If there's a gap, I'll find it and fill it.
